PAYMENT FAILURE GUIDELINES

At YonidaPunani, we offer multiple secure payment options to ensure a smooth and convenient checkout experience. We currently accept major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallets, including:

WHY A PAYMENT MAY FAIL

There are two primary reasons a card payment may not be completed:

2. Blocked Payments for Security Reasons

PAYMENTS DECLINED BY CARD ISSUERS

When a payment is submitted, your bank or card issuer automatically reviews the transaction using security systems. These systems may analyze:

·         Spending patterns and transaction history

·         Available balance or credit limit

·         Card details (number, expiration date, and CVC)

·         Billing address and ZIP/postal code

If any information is incorrect or the activity appears unusual, the card issuer may decline the transaction.

BLOCKED PAYMENTS (SECURITY & FRAUD PREVENTION)

Our payment processor uses automated fraud-prevention tools to protect customers from unauthorized transactions. Payments may be blocked if they are flagged as high risk, including situations such as:

·         Incorrect CVC or billing information

·         Multiple failed payment attempts

·         Unusual device, location, or activity patterns

In these cases, you may see an error message or decline code during checkout.

IMPORTANT NOTES

·         Most payment failures are caused by bank-side security restrictions and can only be resolved by your card issuer.

·         Using a different payment method or retrying after a short period often resolves the issue.

·         Ensure all billing details match exactly what your bank has on file.
