Return Policy:

 At YoniDa’Punani, your health is our number one priority; therefore, for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of any of our products. All orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled. Should you have any missing or incorrect product, you have up to 48 hours after receiving your item(s) to contact customer service via email. Please attach a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip when sending your detailed email them to:

By placing a  order,  you agree that if a fraudulent order results then this statement can be used against you as evidence that you knew what you purchased.

If for any reason you refuse to abide by Yonida’Punani  policies in place or commit fraud after receiving your order you could possibly be blocked from purchasing again. Please agree to the terms and conditions before making a purchase!

Please Note:
Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise, no exceptions. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase, and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies; this includes missing or incorrect items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the packing slip, along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to customercare@yonidapunani.com
 If the packing sheet is not available, we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for.

Due to Covid no returns or exchanges or returns will be accepted unless you were sent the wrong item. You will have 48 hours after receiving your item(s) to email us if anything is wrong.
